Senior Product Designer - Retention - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to drive exceptional user experiences for our retention products as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.

In Short

• Conduct user research and translate insights into compelling design solutions.
• Create end-to-end design experiences using established design systems.
• Develop prototypes and iterate based on user testing and feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Tech teams to define UX strategy.
• Implement and extend the design system for consistency.
• Conduct usability testing and optimize customer experiences.
• Work directly with customers to validate design decisions.
• Partner with engineering teams for high-quality design implementation.
• Contribute to design metrics demonstrating business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in product design focused on customer-facing digital products.
• Strong UX/UI design skills for intuitive, user-centered designs.
• Extensive experience in user research and translating findings into design.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
• Experience with design systems from concept to implementation.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• End-to-end product design experience from research to implementation.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or insurance is desirable.
