Overview

We are looking for an Eligibility Product Analyst to help drive M-KOPA’s mission of building transformative lifetime financial partnerships with our customers.

In Short

• Analyze M-KOPA’s repayments data to improve loan eligibility criteria.
• Develop new loan offers and pricing based on customer demand.
• Monitor credit performance to adjust eligibility criteria and pricing.
• Test new data sets for eligibility criteria predictiveness.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement eligibility criteria changes.
• Work with data scientists to leverage machine learning models.
• Drive significant customer and business impact.
• Work cross-functionally with diverse teams across multiple countries.

Requirements

• Several years in analysis roles.
• Strong analytical skills for unstructured data.
• Ability to write SQL queries and source data sets.
• Proven ability in solving ambiguous analytical problems.
• Strong data communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse, distributed teams.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• (Nice to have) Experience with data science models.
