Product Quality Analyst - Remote

Overview

As our Product Quality Analyst, you will partner with the Product Team to ensure that business requirements are developed accurately and configured into our claims adjudication platform, supporting the development and testing processes.

In Short

• Optimize testing and monitoring activities for quality assurance.
• Become a subject matter expert on specific lines of business.
• Develop, document, and execute test plans and cases.
• Analyze and report on test results to stakeholders.
• Document and track issues for defect resolution.
• Perform functional testing of adjudication changes.
• Review test results with Scrum team and business users.
• Log documentation of test execution in a centralized area.
• Contribute to business requirement gathering processes.
• Collaborate on new ideas to improve systems based on testing results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in program testing and quality assurance.
• Experience in a pharmacy benefit manager setting.
• Detail-oriented problem-solver.
• Experience analyzing large data sets.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible hybrid work model (on-site days required in Puerto Rico).
