Overview

The Bilingual Pharmacy Technician will serve as the front line of communication with pharmacies, beneficiaries, and prescribers, utilizing the Rx Platform to resolve inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

In Short

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, faxes, and web requests.
  • Meet service-level standards set by CMS or client.
  • Provide rejection support and coverage determination status.
  • Document PA request inquiries and resolutions.
  • Address customer complaints and recommend corrective services.
  • Report issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Must work remotely with a secure internet connection.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Pharmacy Technician or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Pharmacy or Call Center.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
  • Stable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
  • Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift within business hours.
