Bilingual Pharmacy Technician - Remote

Overview

This position provides additional PBM operational experience as we grow our Pharmacy Navigation team to scale with new memberships. This role will be key in supporting our Clinical Pharmacists to deliver on the “pharmacist in the family” approach to engaging our members.

In Short

• Serve as direct member and provider contact for pharmacy benefit information.
• Field questions from members and providers regarding pharmacy services.
• Support Clinical Pharmacists in patient and provider outreach.
• Assist in meeting operating and productivity standards.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
• Located in MST/PST time zone.
• 1-2 years of pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required.
• Detail-oriented and empathetic with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication and benefit design.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Located in MST/PST time zone.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a pharmacy technician role.
• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
• Detail-oriented and adaptable.
• Knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Able to work independently.
