Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Pharmacy Technician to join Phlo, in our growing clinical services team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional patient care by utilising cutting-edge digital tools and processes.

In Short

• Reviewing patient consultations and assessing their patient eligibility for weight management medications.
• Accessing the patient's Summary Care Record (SCR) to gather essential clinical information.
• Following triage SOP to contact patients to gather more information.
• Communicating clearly with members of the clinical services team.
• Supporting patient care with relevant patient queries and concerns.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient interaction.
• Participating in continuous quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Knowledge of weight management medications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
