Supervisor - Pharmacy Navigation (Remote)

Overview

As a Supervisor on the Pharmacy Navigation team, you will provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of front-line pharmacy service technicians, ensuring high-quality support to members, pharmacies, and providers.

• Provide day-to-day supervision for Pharmacy Navigation technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician required.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmacy operations.
• Proven leadership abilities in a service-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Familiarity with pharmacy claims and HIPAA requirements preferred.
