Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor Operations to lead a team in providing high-quality patient support in specialty pharmacy management services.

In Short

  • Lead and manage a team of Patient Support Associates.

  • Reports to the Director or Manager of Patient Support Center.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience required.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and prioritize workload.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy dispensing or EMR systems preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of health information.
  • Motivational and service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
