The Operations Supervisor supports the management of the Representative team, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services and engagement of a motivated employee workforce.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service via strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and video technology
  • Ability to understand and convey operational data
  • Intrinsic desire to help people and support customers
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced virtual office environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
  • Three years of customer service experience and one year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in American Sign Language (REQUIRED)
