Operations Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Operations Supervisor at CLEAResult is responsible for leading a hybrid team of analysts and application processors to ensure efficient and accurate processing workflows while driving data analysis efforts for commercial energy efficiency programs.

In Short

• Supervise and coach a team of analysts and processing staff.
• Design, document, and optimize operational workflows.
• Oversee daily processing tasks for timely application reviews.
• Lead analysis functions and track key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues.
• Provide performance feedback and support staff development.
• Create training materials and SOPs for operations.
• Champion process improvement through automation and analytics.
• Oversee client reporting and present data analysis.
• 5-8 years of experience preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Environmental Science, Energy, or related field preferred.
• Strong balance of technical, analytical, and people management skills.
• Experience in energy efficiency programs is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
