Overview

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the overall maintenance and supervision of the Operations Center office, assuring that all client crew accommodations are satisfied to the proper level of the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of relevant experience in call center or operations control.
• Strong customer focus and dependability.
• Ability to use careful judgment and decision-making.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing and developing teams.
• Superior communication skills in various modes.
• Able to identify problems and solutions efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of the field of operations.
