Account Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Account Management Coordinator position is made up of administrative duties that support the department in conjunction with creating relationships with our Airline, Cruise Line and Hotel partners. The position is intended to be a path to the Account Manager role.

In Short

• Remote position based in the UK, preferably London.
• Support Account Managers in meeting deliverables.
• Assist in client communications and performance meetings.
• Become knowledgeable with API technology platforms.
• Maintain spreadsheets and update databases.
• Flexible to work afterhours based on business demand.
• Must be bilingual in French and/or Spanish.
• At least 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• At least 1 year of travel industry experience.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
