Overview

We are looking for a strong leader to guide and grow our Email Marketing work at CLEAResult, leading a team dedicated to modernizing processes and improving client-facing work.

In Short

  • Lead the Email Marketing team and manage email tools.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns from start to finish.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud required.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills essential.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in Marketing, including Email or Marketing Automation.
  • 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to work with data to guide improvements.
  • Experience in an agency or large corporate environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools like Workfront.
  • Strong communication and team-building skills.
  • Comfort with AI tools for support in planning and writing.
  • Steady leadership with a focus on team support.
  • Curiosity and openness to new ideas and automation.
