Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls.
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM.
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer-facing experience.
  • Call center experience preferred.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with navigating multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Reliable home internet connection meeting specified requirements.
