Requirements

  • 8+ years of compensation experience.
  • Experience with job architecture and pay structure redesigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and HRIS, preferably Workday.
  • Experience presenting to Executive Leadership.
  • Strong partnership and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in project sprints.
  • Resilience and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian compensation practices.
