The Total Rewards team at Veeam is seeking a Compensation Director to lead strategic and operational initiatives that ensure competitive, equitable, and data-driven pay programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Finance; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of compensation experience, especially in technical fields.
• Expertise in FLSA classification and pay equity compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with compensation survey data sources.
• Track record of leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in technology sector preferred.
