• Hiring a Director of Sales Finance (Partners & GTM) to serve as the finance partner to Partner Sales and Specialist Sales.
• Focus on building models that quantify partner performance, incentives, attribution, and ROI.
• Support compensation and incentive planning and partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product.
• Build visibility into the channel, alliances, and GSI ecosystem supporting over 30,000 partners.
• Establish partner attribution and incrementality measurement.
• Build scalable reporting with consistent KPI definitions.
• Diagnose performance gaps and identify changes to improve productivity.
• 10+ years in FP&A, GTM finance, or strategic finance supporting sales and/or partner teams.
• Expert in structured problem solving and financial modeling.
• Strong data skills including Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, and SQL.

Requirements

• 10+ years in FP&A, GTM finance, or strategic finance, supporting sales and/or partner teams in an enterprise SaaS or subscription business.
• Expert in structured problem solving and financial modeling (ROI/payback, scenarios, sensitivities).
• Experience sizing and measuring incentive economics (rebates, MDF, SPIFFs, commissions).
• Ability to compare GTM motions and optimize investment decisions.
• Strong data skills: Excel; Salesforce reporting/exports; Tableau/Power BI dashboards; Databricks (DWH); SQL a plus.
• Clear, executive-ready communication and ability to influence across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
