In Short

• Support the planning and execution of regional marketing programs.
• Gain hands-on experience in event marketing and account-based programs.
• Assist in planning events such as executive dinners and trade shows.
• Coordinate logistics including venue research and vendor coordination.
• Work closely with regional sales teams to support account targeting.
• Help track sales follow-up actions and support post-event engagement.
• Conduct research on local markets and industry events.
• Assist with segmentation lists and campaign performance monitoring.
• Support the development of targeted outreach campaigns.
• Help maintain regional marketing assets and ensure materials are current.

Requirements

• Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Interest in event marketing, sales alignment, or customer engagement strategies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
