Director of Finance - Remote

Overview

The Director of Finance owns ANNA's finance function end-to-end — from day-to-day accounting and month-end close to financial reporting, FP&A, and strategic financial analysis. This is a highly executional role: you'll be the person doing the work.

In Short

• Full-time remote role based in the Philippines, working US Eastern business hours.
• Manage month-end close process in QuickBooks.
• Oversee accounts payable and payroll processing.
• Produce monthly management reporting packages.
• Build and maintain financial models for new center openings.
• Support the CEO on board materials and investor reporting.
• Document financial processes and maintain organized records.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–8 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Experience managing AP and payroll processes.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time during US Eastern business hours.
