• Job Title: Scheduling Specialist (Remote – Philippines Based)
• Reports to: Chief Clinical Officer
• Employment Type: Full-Time (Night Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time / 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM Philippines Time)
• Build and maintain therapy schedules for behavior technicians and supervising BCBAs.
• Respond to cancellations, staff call-outs, and new client enrollments.
• Communicate effectively with clinical leadership, RBTs, and intake staff.
• Monitor and optimize therapist utilization and client service delivery goals.
• Maintain accurate records of scheduling adjustments.
• Support reports for leadership on staff utilization and missed hours.

Requirements

• Prior experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or healthcare operations preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities quickly.
• Proficient with scheduling software, spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), and time zone coordination.
• Comfortable working independently during specified hours.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
