Overview

As a Scheduling Specialist, you'll play a vital role in managing and optimizing daily calendars, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth communication across teams or with clients. You’ll be the go-to person for scheduling logistics and problem-solving when things get busy.

• Coordinate and manage schedules for team members/executives/clients
• Book and confirm appointments, meetings, or service calls
• Monitor scheduling systems and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Communicate with internal teams and/or clients regarding schedule changes
• Resolve conflicts, overlaps, and rescheduling requests with professionalism
• Maintain confidentiality and prioritize urgent requests
• Assist in developing and improving scheduling procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in scheduling, administrative support, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Comfort using scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, scheduling platforms like Calendly, Salesforce, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
