Overview

Equip is looking for a Scheduling Operations Specialist to support our patient and family scheduling needs, ensuring a consistent experience for patients and families as they onboard the platform.

In Short

  • Respond to onboarding tasks efficiently.
  • Schedule initial intakes with providers.
  • Educate patients on the Equip treatment model.
  • Manage provider schedules.
  • Support patient engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct outreach for appointment gaps.
  • Document tasks in Equip's systems.
  • Adapt to organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with external providers.
  • Provide input for workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, business administration, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer/patient success or support role.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA policies.
  • Proficient with digital communication platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking abilities.
  • Passion for customer service in mental health.
  • Reliable and accountable for tasks.
