Overview

The Operations Specialist will support the National Field Service team at Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination of service requests.

In Short

• Support National Field Service team with payment reconciliation and invoicing.
• Process warranty claims and manage customer experience.
• Facilitate collection of customer payments.
• Utilize ERP and CRM systems for tracking and updating customer profiles.
• Work closely with Service Coordinators to update customers on service requests.
• Strong understanding of materials, supply chain, and product flow required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in operations support or customer service.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Infor LN.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
