Overview

The Lead Family Mentor will manage and support a team of Family Mentors while providing skill-building and support to families and patient support people in the context of a virtual eating disorder treatment program.

Requirements

• Team management experience in healthcare.
• Experience in operational process improvement.
• Lived experience as an eating disorder caregiver.
• 2+ years of experience in patient care settings.
• Passion for supporting patients and families.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and GSuite.
• Ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Data-driven with experience in clinical care metrics.
• Organized and results-driven.
