Overview

The Regional Therapy Manager will oversee daily program operations and care delivery at Equip, ensuring high-quality care is provided by the therapy team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supervising therapists.
• 5+ years of experience in eating disorder treatment.
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted license in home state.
• Ability to deliver evidence-based care in a virtual model.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Ability to use data for decision-making.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to be licensed in multiple states.
• Dynamic and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
