Happy Dad Hard Seltzer & Tea is hiring a Regional Manager to drive sales and expand distribution. You’ll develop sales strategies, build relationships with distributor partners, and work with our Strategy, Sales, and Marketing teams to track performance and optimize product placement. In Short

  • Develop and execute strategic plans with every distributor partner.
  • Build strong relationships with distributor personnel to increase execution in the market.
  • Set and communicate sales goals, track performance, and collaborate with partners.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with distributor partners for brand updates.
  • Foster long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and growth.
  • Estimate sales volume and profit for products.
  • Optimize sales volume, product mix, and pricing based on trends.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights on demand and competition.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, and Marketing teams for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years managing and calling on alcohol distributors.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years managing a medium to small team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong data and financial analysis skills using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Superior judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong work ethic and team player.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
