Regional Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Regional Manager to join our project team. Based in Bogotá, you will be part of a team responsible for growing Trustonic's customer base in Colombia and Latin America.

In Short

• Lead the preparation, presentation, and negotiation process to successfully close deals.
• Foster knowledge-sharing, support, and collaboration between Trustonic Colombia and Latin America.
• Work closely with product management, engineering, and the broader commercial team.
• Implement efficient methodologies and tools for project management.
• Oversee project progress and resource utilization.
• Maintain constant and effective communication with clients.
• Provide customer and market insights to support broader go-to-market strategies.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by senior management.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of proven experience in business development within a technology company.
• Preferably experienced in security products and mobile device solutions.
• Experience working with partners — including channel partners and device manufacturers.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• A proactive self-starter who works effectively both independently and as part of a broader team.
• Advanced English proficiency.
