Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of district-level management experience.
• 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong product line knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Experience in managing profit and loss.
• Physical ability to meet job demands.

• Related experience in sales management roles.
