Family Mentor - EST - Remote

Overview

The Family Mentor will provide support and skill-building to carer families and patient support people in a virtual environment, working alongside a multidisciplinary care team.

In Short

• Work with carer families and patient support people for virtual sessions.

Requirements

• Lived experience as an eating disorder caregiver.
• 2+ years of experience in a care setting.
• Passion for helping patients and families.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and comfort with technology.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with motivational interviewing.
• Ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• Flexibility to work evenings.
