Remote Registered Dietitian - Eating Disorders

Overview

The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for all nutrition related aspects of care, working closely with family members to empower them in restoring their child's nutritional health. The role involves delivering care remotely through a telehealth platform, in collaboration with a dedicated treatment team.

In Short

• Assist patients and families in transforming maladaptive eating patterns.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Guide exposure to fear/challenge foods.
• Communicate meal plans and nutrition-related concerns.
• Assist with discharge planning.
• Update treatment plans weekly based on patient progress.
• Deliver evidence-based nutrition education.
• Establish therapeutic relationships with families.
• Document within Equip’s electronic medical record.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Licensed RDN required; eating disorder experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with interdisciplinary teams.
• Organized and results-driven.
• Ability to balance business needs and clinical priorities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
