HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The People Success Partner provides effective HR operational services and advice to assigned business leaders to support the delivery of Equip’s organizational objectives and outcomes.

In Short

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to front line leaders on onboarding, employee relations, performance issues, and career development.
• Support resolution of routine employee relations or performance issues.
• Conduct initial intake and documentation for employee relations or performance issues.
• Partner with People Operations to ensure adherence to internal policies and employment regulations.
• Support cyclical programs including engagement surveys and performance reviews.
• Develop and collect People data to support analysis of trends.
• Contribute to special projects enhancing employee experience.
• Build understanding of Equip’s business goals and culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience resolving employee relations issues.
• Understanding of HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Problem-solving skills with focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficient with Google Suite products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
