Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with 7 years of HR business partner experience, or High School Diploma with 14 years of experience.
  • M&A experience in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience in a global organization.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to drive organizational change.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Project management skills for autonomous execution.
