HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The HR Business Partner will act as the primary contact for leadership on all HR-related topics, facilitating collaboration between various business units and the HR department, with the flexibility to work partially from home.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Law, or Psychology.
• At least three years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Knowledge and experience in change management.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent facilitation skills for conducting workshops.
• Outstanding communication and advisory skills.
• Fluency in German and very good English skills.
