HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The HR Business Partner serves as the primary point of contact for management on all HR matters, acting as a liaison between various business units and the HR department. The role allows for partial remote work, but regular presence in the office in Erkrath is encouraged to foster collaboration.

• Provide advice and support to management on all HR-related topics.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in business, law, or psychology.
• At least three years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Solid knowledge of labor law.
• Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in change management is an advantage.
• Strong facilitation skills for leading workshops.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Fluency in German and very good English skills.
