HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner who acts as a strategic contact for managers and employees.

In Short

• Consult and support managers and employees on all HR-related topics.
• Act as a sparring partner for organizational and strategic HR issues.
• Implement and further develop HR initiatives in talent management, performance, culture, and change.
• Co-design and implement personnel development measures.
• Support the recruiting process in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Work closely with the central HR team and other departments.

Requirements

• Completed studies in personnel management, psychology, business, or comparable.
• Several years of experience in an HR role, ideally as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong communication skills and consulting competence.
• Good knowledge of labor law and modern HR tools.
• Independent, structured working style, and team spirit.
• Very good German and English language skills.
