Softermii is an outsourcing/outstaffing company with over 11 years of experience in web and mobile application development. We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support our team and business goals.

In Short

• Become a reliable partner for both people and business.
• Build HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and gather feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR BP or Generalist.
• Deep understanding of the full HR cycle.
• Experience in organizational development.
• Proven experience advising senior management.
• Ability to lead change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR compliance practices.
• Ability to work with diverse management styles.
• International collaboration experience.
