Overview

As an HR Business Partner at Level Access, you will support our people and culture strategy by partnering with leaders and employees to ensure a positive employee experience and the effective delivery of core HR programs.

In Short

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and manager support on HR policies.
• Support managers in addressing basic employee relations issues.
• Assist in the performance management cycle.
• Collaborate on employee engagement survey actions.
• Support talent planning and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with US employment law.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring processes.
• Support learning and development initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture using data.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Familiarity with U.S. employment laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Organized and proactive in managing tasks.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• HR certification is a plus.
