Overview

As Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution that turns customers into advocates, drives product adoption, and fuels retention and expansion.

In Short

• Develop and run lifecycle programs for onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Create persona-based nurture campaigns for various leaders.
• Partner with Customer Success to deliver milestone communications.
• Build and manage a scalable customer storytelling and advocacy program.
• Identify and activate customer champions for various initiatives.
• Lead customer communications including newsletters and event invitations.
• Define KPIs for adoption, engagement, advocacy, and expansion.
• Use customer data to guide messaging and content strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing to connect customer marketing to revenue impact.
• Establish the customer marketing framework and deliver customer stories.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in customer or lifecycle marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to build advocacy and storytelling programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
• Excellent storytelling and writing ability.
• Data-driven mindset with familiarity using relevant tools.
• Passion for accessibility and customer experience.
