Overview

LeadVenture is looking for a strategic, systems-minded Senior Customer Marketing Manager who wants to architect and scale the customer lifecycle across multiple vertical SaaS brands. You will leverage your expertise in lifecycle marketing, retention strategy, and cross-functional alignment to build repeatable programs that strengthen adoption, reduce churn, and build long-term customer loyalty. This role owns the customer marketing strategy end-to-end — establishing the vision and systems that unify the customer experience across brands into a cohesive, loyalty-driving engine.

In Short

  • Define and own the overarching customer marketing strategy.
  • Establish lifecycle KPIs and reporting frameworks.
  • Build documentation, workflows, and prioritization systems.
  • Serve as the strategic connective tissue across all customer-facing functions.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Growth Marketing.
  • Architect and scale the full customer lifecycle.
  • Develop segmentation strategies and multi-touch nurture programs.
  • Build and own churn mitigation and renewal reinforcement playbooks.
  • Minimum of five years of B2B marketing experience required.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment preferred.

Requirements

  • Proven ownership of at least one retention or lifecycle program.
  • Experience designing structured onboarding, adoption, and retention journeys.
  • Strong ability to develop segmentation strategies based on customer engagement.
  • Solid understanding of renewal rates, churn drivers, and expansion revenue.
  • Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to connect the full customer experience.
  • Strong cross-functional influence skills.
