  • 8+ years in customer experience or marketing, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success in designing customer marketing programs.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and customer feedback platforms.
  • Willingness to travel for events and meetings.
