Overview

The Growth Lead at G2 will be pivotal in driving acquisition, activation, and retention strategies to enhance the company's Advertising revenue through a global growth strategy.

  • Develop a global growth strategy aligned with GTM objectives.
  • Lead planning and execution of initiatives for customer acquisition and retention.

  • Design and maintain an end-to-end customer journey for Advertising.
  • Utilize data to inform strategic adjustments and measure effectiveness.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Provide regular updates on progress and insights.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Advertising growth with a focus on PLG GTM.
  • Ability to analyze data for measuring effectiveness of GTM motions.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across functions.
  • Expertise in global growth marketing and strategic solutions.
