Overview

As Growth Lead for StackOne, you will build, run, and continuously optimize the engine that drives both net-new demand and customer expansion.

In Short

  • Design & own the demand engine leveraging AI for audience targeting.
  • Lead ABM strategy and align with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Create compelling content that resonates with technical and business personas.
  • Utilize data enrichment to maintain a comprehensive account view.
  • Conduct experiments to optimize channels, messaging, and offers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to enhance growth.
  • Scale systems by leveraging existing tools and recommending new ones.
  • Manage freelancers and agencies to support the growth engine.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation.
  • Proven track record in building demand engines with significant ARR impact.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and analytics tools.
  • Data-obsessed with skills in SQL and cohort analysis.
  • Strong storytelling abilities for technical and business audiences.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
