Overview

Deepwatch is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager responsible for defining, executing, analyzing, and managing the post-sale customer journey with a focus on driving customer engagement, increasing customer value realization, reducing customer churn, and improving advocacy.

In Short

  • Map and manage the customer journey, aligning measurable marketing efforts to drive adoption and value realization.
  • Maintain and grow the Deepwatch Guardian Advocacy Program.
  • Build specific programs to drive customer engagement across various platforms.
  • Support customer onboarding and develop a new customer toolkit.
  • Manage and write customer case studies and secure customer references.
  • Drive content and planning for customer advisory board meetings.
  • Assist in managing corporate and customer events.
  • Secure content for and write monthly customer newsletters.
  • Embody and promote Deepwatch’s Core Values.
  • Demonstrate leadership attributes and coach others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in customer marketing or product marketing.
  • Proven experience with technical products and developing customer messaging.
  • Demonstrable content creation skills.
  • Strong written and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects.
  • Experience with EDR, XDR, VM, MDR/MSSP, and/or SIEM technologies.
  • Knowledge of Deepwatch alliance partners’ technologies.
