The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member of the finance team responsible for driving planning, forecasting, and performance insights across Level Access. This role will focus on company-wide FP&A supporting executives with data-driven analysis, board-level materials, and metrics that reflect a scaled, recurring revenue model. This role will report to the VP of FP&A!

In Short

• Responsible for the consolidated company financial model.
• Lead annual budget and rolling forecast cycles.
• Perform scenario modeling on growth and margin profiles.
• Build and maintain detailed SaaS metrics financial reporting.
• Partner with RevOps on operational KPIs.
• Manage budgets and track variances.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executives.
• Evaluate investments using ROI and payback analysis.
• Improve FP&A processes and data quality.
• Promote a culture of data integrity.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Strong command of SaaS economics and metrics.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
• Experience with financial systems and data tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
