Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred, SPHR a plus
  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a multi-location environment
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools (Paylocity preferred)
  • Ability to interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • Understanding of federal, state, and local labor regulations
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to guide managers through performance conversations and development planning
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders: managers, recruiters, payroll, benefits, etc.
  • Understanding of pay structures, merit increases, and benefits programs
