Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager – Operations & Planning to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across our operations. This role is pivotal in driving actionable insights that fuel strategic decision-making and value creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA preferred;
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience;
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills;
• Experience with ERP systems;
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment;
• High level of business acumen and communication skills;
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead change.
