In Short

  • Achieve assigned lead generation targets for new environmental testing opportunities;
  • Maintain and grow existing customer key accounts;
  • Manage and provide ongoing client support;
  • Develop & implement client relationship management strategy;
  • Communicate with key clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction;
  • Identify new business leads and contact prospective key clients to environmental testing services;
  • Perform ongoing industry and market analysis for the defined geographical territory;
  • Research, understand, and document the territory competitive landscape;
  • Assume extreme ownership, leveraging territory service team(s) and corporate resources to open new opportunities;
  • Successfully manage sales transitions for all projects to PMs and location managers;

Requirements

  • Environmental industry experience as well as experience selling professional services preferred;
  • High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com).
