Account Executive, Client Services - Remote

Overview

The Account Executive will lead Octagon’s client business and manage day-to-day client programs, focusing on global soccer initiatives.

In Short

• Manage centralized approvals and develop global asset trackers.
• Support high-profile initiatives like FIFA Club World Cup 2025 & FIFA World Cup 2026.
• Coordinate with various collaborators including clients and vendors.
• Provide weekly reports and manage event documentation.

• Travel domestically and internationally to support client programming.
• Assist in budget tracking and vendor payments.
• Participate in on-site event management and activation.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in agency/client service or sports marketing.
• Strong multitasking and quality work under deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
• Experience in on-site event management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Valid passport or ability to obtain one.
• Experience managing partner relationships.
• A motivated and driven individual.
