Event Executive (Travel/Hospitality Client) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Event Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in executing global hosted experiences for our hospitality and travel client. This role involves planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs.

• Assist in coordinating and managing tasks across multiple markets.
• Help with vendor relations and logistical planning.
• Support the execution of experiential marketing programs both in-person and virtually.
• Prepare agendas for meetings and ensure effective communication.
• Assist in maintaining documents like status reports and inventory tracking.
• Support with expense and budget management.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience within an agency or events field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel domestically and work on weekends or holidays as needed.
