HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide comprehensive HR support and partnership to our QuoteManage business unit, primarily consisting of a remote call center population of approximately 200+ employees.

In Short

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Support the full employee lifecycle for the remote call center team.
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Provide guidance on HR matters to managers.
• Identify HR trends and develop solutions for a remote workforce.
• Assist in training and development needs for call center employees.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records leveraging HRIS systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of progressive HR experience.
• 4+ years supporting a remote workforce or call center environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in employee relations and performance management.
• Strong understanding of employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Comfort with technology to support a remote workforce.
